Meridian can provide flexible and competitive residential services in isolation or as a package, based upon your needs. If required, we can accommodate a full architectural design service, including: draft designs, planning, building regulations, structural design, drainage design and room-by-room specifications.
Our residential services include, but are not limited to:

- Plumbing: Rainwater harvesting, bathrooms, wet-rooms, swimming and spa pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, irrigation, and pumping stations
- Heating: All A-rated systems, climate control, wet underfloor, ground source, air source heat pumps, and renewables
- Bathroom: A wide range of sanitary ware, vanity units, free standing units, fitted cupboards, bespoke design, tiling, lighting, and aqua boards
- Kitchens: A wide range of finishes and colours, hand-painted, high-gloss, matt, bespoke design, and all work-surface finishes.
New Builds
We are able to construct from design conception through to handover. We can walk you, hand-in-hand, through the process of land acquisition, land surveys and funding — through to design and planning submittal, and then on to construction and final completion.
This includes the supply and installation of all furniture, fixtures and fittings. The benefit of dealing with one company can’t only be measured financially, as this seamless coordination is much less time consuming and stressful. The client is involved with one point of contact from start to finish.
We go into meticulous detail with regard to all finishes, including bathroom and kitchen design, complete with showroom visits that we arrange on your behalf for all these important products. Our vast experience and the solid relationships we enjoy with our key supply chain providers have been crucial in the Meridian success story.

Extensions & Refurbishment
